"The
class provided insights into the nature
of conflict and how we each respond to
it, prompting me to reflect on my
interactions with clients and
colleagues. The class was most
insightful in helping me understand
strategies in resolving conflict,
starting with identifying where the
locus of control truly lies."

be vulnerable and share our weaknesses, much less be open to
receiving comments from others. This class was absolutely
eye opening. The teaching style really lends itself to
open dialogue and thoughtful sharing."
