In this course we will learn the dynamics of conflict resolution through a range of exercises designed to create a greater understanding of how conflicts emerge and how to look for the deeper meaning behind a conflict.  Real estate agents will learn many different conflict resolution techniques and how to apply them to the practice of real estate. In this course, we will learn the following:

* The benefits of facing conflict

* How conflict can arise when we use the wrong listening style

* How to avoid the top 10 mistakes people make when dealing with upset people

* Position vs. interest conflict resolution strategy

* Four communication patterns that prevent the resolution of conflict and a 5th pattern that has a very good chance for resolution

* Seven methods to deal with conflict
