In this course we will learn the dynamics
of conflict resolution through a range of exercises
designed to create a greater understanding of how
conflicts emerge and how to look for the deeper meaning
behind a conflict. Real estate agents will learn many
different conflict resolution techniques and how to
apply them to the practice of real estate. In this
2-day, 15-hour course, we will learn the following:
Identify
and assess each type of interpersonal conflict faced
within the real estate industry.
Learn many
different conflict-resolution techniques for use in the
real estate industry;
Learn your
own strengths and weaknesses in resolution approaches.
Learn how to
use effective conflict-resolution elements and ideas in
the real estate industry.
Learn the
importance of understanding basic and intercultural
aspects of nonverbal communication.
Learn how
others in the real estate industry think about and solve
conflicts in the hopes of broadening our perspectives
and gaining sophistication in our approaches
Identify and
understand how listening approaches can both aggravate
and diminish conflict during the practice of real
estate.
