Our credit score governs our lives in more ways than we know.  From ordering phone service for our home to getting insurance for our cars to acquiring a mortgage for our home.  The precise formula for our credit scores is unknown, but through various depositions and studies of the three credit bureaus, much as been determined in how our scores are calculated.

In this class we'll learn the ins and outs of what goes into your credit score, how to adjust your debt to maximize your credit score and what to do when the credit bureau and creditors don't comply with the various consumer protection statutes such as FCRA, FACTA, and FDCPA.

This course is a must for any real estate agent who wants to increase their credit score or build a solid relationship with a client.  The more you know, the better you can serve your client's interests.
