Unless you are an experienced course writer, it will be more efficient for you to spend a day with us and leave our workshop with a written draft of your course outline instead of waiting until you can find the time to write it on your own.  After teaching other instructors how to write their own courses for two decades we have learned that the biggest barrier to teaching real estate clock hour classes is finding the time to write a class that will get APPROVED the first time you submit it to the Department of Licensing. When you come to the workshop, bring your laptop, books, and other resources. We will help you draft a working outline so you can leave our workshop knowing that you are on your way to achieving your goals. The course is workshop format. Registration is limited.

  Directions:   Discover U is located in the Northway East Bldg, just WEST and adjacent to Interstate 5.  This is the opposite side of the freeway from Northgate Mall & in the same bldg as City University.  From Interstate 5:
   
  Traveling on I-5 Northbound, take the Northgate Way exit, go left at the end of the off-ramp.  Go left on Northgate Way, left on Meridian, left on 107th St., left into the parking lot. The building is next to freeway. Take the elevator to level B.

  Traveling on I-5 heading Southbound, take the Northgate Way exit, go right on Northgate Way, left on Meridian, left on 107th St., left into the parking lot.  The building is next to the freeway.  Take the elevator to level B.
