Global Perspectives;
Expand Your Market
4 clock hours
C-4660

What global market factors and
trends are driving change in our local real estate market?
Why do foreign homeowners and investors purchase property
in the United States and what is the impact of the global
market on my local real estate market?
What are some differences between working with foreign
buyers and working with local clients?
In this four hour course, we will answer these questions
and help you develop a basic understanding of international
real estate, recognize the impact of current and predicted
trends of globalization on your local real estate market,
and learn to avoid typical U.S. business practices that
could "turn off" a foreign or immigrant client.

This course is an approved elective for Realtors working
towards their Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS)
designation. BPI Consulting Group would like to extend our
appreciation to the Seattle King County Association of
Realtors for their selection of BPI as the preferred course
provider of "Expand Your Market."

Multicultural Perspectives clock hour class:
"Most
enjoyable! This type of session makes you think more about
others and possibly why the situations you have been in
turned out the way they did. Multicultural aspects are
playing a bigger and bigger role in our lives each day."

need to know and understand more about
the other people in our
world."
Larry Simonson, RE/MAX Northwest
"The case studies were valuable as
they showed perceptions and assumptions
we make as agents and how we choose to
handle our situations differently. I
