New tools
for real estate marketing include audio podcasts for use
with mobile media players, blogs, instant
messaging, craigslist, base.google.com, myspace.com, forums, youtube.com,
and viral marketing. In this interactive 4 clock-hour class, real estate agents
will create a podcast, a simple real estate blog, and
brainstorm about ways to use newer forms of media in the
practice of real estate. We’ll learn how other real estate
agents have adapted their marketing strategies to connect
with Generation Y, and we will cover strategies and “best
practices” for managing challenges posed by the use of new
media in the practice of real estate.
