This four-hour, instructor-led, hands-on
training is designed to teach the real estate agent how
to integrate Microsoft Outlook functions into his or her
real estate practice. In this class we’ll the basics
like messages and file attachments, and we’ll also learn
how to develop and maintain a real estate client contact
list, troubleshoot real estate agent-specific tasks,
such as how to utilize
Outlook as a contact management system and how to avoid
duplicate scheduled meetings if you have an assistant or
partner. We will also review basic PDA synchronization
and cover
Microsoft Outlook security issues.

a hands-on software training course.

booking party provides laptops, a
computer training facility, or has
the Realtors bring their own laptops
(loaded with their own version of
Microsoft Outlook) to class.
In fact, this last option serves the
student the best, as he or she can
begin integrating their contacts
right into their own software
