Body language often communicates a different message from the spoken word. At a minimum, it provides clues that can help understand what a person is saying with words. While we cannot read the minds of our clients and co-workers, we can learn how to read and understand their body movements. This non-verbal communication course will provide answers to key questions about the effective use of body language for real estate agents.  Through practical application of a sound methodology and several non-verbal communication tools, we will learn how the effective use of body language can contribute to better results in a communicative encounter.
